An important part of fulfilling that mission is making the cost of our treatment as easy and manageable for our patient as possible. We offer several financial options to meet your needs. We accept all major dental insurances and are considered a non-restricted provider. This allows us to treat you and be restricted by your insurance. If you have questions about your insurance provider, please call our office and speak with a member of our team.

Would you like an additional discount on your treatment? Ask about how you can save 5% off your treatment! You may do so by paying for your treatment with cash, check or debit card in full prior to the beginning of your treatment.

We also work with CareCredit to provide convenient financing options and payment plans. Can’t get approved with CareCredit? NO PROBLEM! Call us today and ask about our in-house payment plan that is affordable for any budget!

Don't let the cost stop you from changing your life. We believe in working with patients and families and do not want the cost to be the reason you are not able to breathe well, sleep well, or live well.

Our Financial Policy

Airway Dynamics requires payment at the start of your treatment. For patients with billable insurance we are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefits and, as a courtesy to you, directly bill them for reimbursement for services. However if we do not receive payment from your insurance carrier within 90 days, you will be responsible for payment of your treatment fees and collection of your benefits directly from your insurance carrier.

If you miss or cancel without 24-hour notice you will be subject to a $60.00 no-show or late cancelation fee.

For checks returned not paid, there is a $40.00 fee.
